Julia is a charming girl who loves Italian food!
She is definitely a young "talent" with a passion for food and wine journalism. We have therefore given her her own space in our platform which is always looking for young talent.
Bread is the most consumed food in Italy and always present on our tables. However it is getting more difficult every day to find bakeries that prepare it using the traditional methods and quality ingredients, especially in the North of Italy and in large cities. Baking powder and electric ovens have taken the place of the yeast and the large wood-burning ovens.
