THE WORLD CHAMPION OF THE CAPPUCCINO FLAMBE WITH ITALYFOOD AT THE 20TH MONTE CARLO FOOD FAIR

At the end of the show of Italian food tasting with the chef Massimo Guzzone at Italy Food, Mr Taboué, Master of Ceremonies of the Fair , introduces the famous Mr Filippo Mezzaro.
He is only 34 and already holds the title of Coffee Master and Champion of the World for Capuccino. Only that! He introduces himself humbly in Italian; Mr Taboué translates not without humor which seems to annoy a few people. Who cares? Mr Mario Moranzoni, President of ItalyFood Monte Carlo doesn’t mind and starts the Coffee Maestro’s demonstration.

After a false start by the coffee machine Conti, the Rolls Royce of machines, made in Monaco, Mr Mezzaro can get started and produces on the big screen before a stunned audience four works of art; cappuccino topped with creamy milk and food coloring.
Ephemeral masterpieces follow one another; butterfly, flower, agave plant in flower and to finish, a spectacular cat puccino with a blue ribbon. Extraordinary!

This title of world champion of the cappuccino showed his worth and the photos of his works of art began to circulate quickly on social networks with an astounding success. Bravo Mr Mezzaro! Thank you ItalyFood Monte Carlo!
