Italy Food Monte-Carlo will spearhead italian cuisine at the 20th Gastronomy Fair in Monaco

Italy Food Monte-Carlo will be the main promoter of italian cuisine during the 20th edition of gastronomy fair Monte-Carlo Gastronomie (Nov, 27 thru Nov, 30) that will take place at chapiteau Fontvieille in Monaco.

Ambassador of excellence for italian food in and around the Principality of Monaco and the French Riviera, the online italian food promotion platform Italy Food Monte-Carlo will held stage at exhibition booth Nr. 62, 63, 65 et 69 to present and demonstrate the best of italian gastronomy products.


During the exceptional event, Italy Food Monte-Carlo will organize numerous cooking demonstrations and tasting sessions in partnership with Agricola Marrone (wines from the Langhe region), Bollicine (Prosecco wine di Valdobbiadene), Caffé FURIA, Panificio Barra (panettone and artisanal breadsticks), Pesto di Prà, et Azzurra Mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella from Campana).

Just like last year, Italy Food Monte-Carlo will hold a tasting session of italian food products on Saturday November 28 from 2:30pm to 3:45pm with Chef Massimo Guzzone, coffee Maestro Mr Filippo Mezzano et Mr J.P. Rous, former Master Sommelier of restaurant Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse and current President of Slow Food Monaco.

Later on Saturday November 28, Italy Food Monte-Carlo will welcome attendees to a “Happy Hour” from 5:15pm to 6pm, and will award the prize “Jeune Talent de la Gastronomie” (Gastronomy Young Talent) in the presence of Mrs Cinzia Coleman, Editor in Chief of MonteCarloIN, as well as Chef Massimo Guzzone and Mr J.P. Rous.

The prize “Jeune Talent de la Gastronomie” will reward a writer or blogger (under 30) for an essay on the topic of “italian cuisine" following the contest organized by the website http://italyfood-montecarlo.com/.
