As part of the 19th edition of «Monte-Carlo Gastronomie» (Nov, 28 thru Dec, 1st), J.P. Rous, President of Slow Food Monaco and Master Sommelier, will honor on Satruday, Novembre 29 at 5:15pm a Prize for Best Young Talent in italian oeno-gastronomic journalism amongst the contestants who competed at Italy Food Monte-Carlo.

True embassy for excellence of italian food within the Principality of Monaco and further along the French Riviera, the online distribution and promotion platform Italy Food Monte-Carlo will reveal on this occasion the winner of the writing contest organized on its website for young writers (under 30) around the theme of “italian cuisine". 

The informal awarding ceremony will be one of the many animations planned for Italy Food’s stand and all around the «Monte-Carlo Gastronomie» fair to showcase the best high quality products from both sides of the border, including cooking demonstrations by the greatest chefs of the area who will reveal some of their best kept culinary secrets in these casual settings.
