Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 8 Shrimps
  • 8 Prawns
  • 10 oz Tomatoes
  • 2 White Onions
  • 8 oz de Mozzarella 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Basil – the best “Pesto di Prà”

Preparation

Preparation

  1. Prepare the vegetables: cut the tomatoes in two and mince the onions in julienne (long thin strips).
  2. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
  3. Peel the shrimps and prawns, then cook them in hot boiling salted water for about 1 minute.
  4. Arrange at the bottom of a flat dish the tomatoes, the julienne of onions, the 2 Mozzarellas cut in dices, then lay shrimps and prawns on top, seasoned to your taste.
