Salad with melon, goat cheese and ham
Ingredients
- 4 sclices of Parma ham
- 1 heart of salad
- 1 melon
- goat cheese 200gr.
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- salt, pepper.
Preparation
- Cut the melon into small cubes then expand the ham into thin strips.
- Now cut in cubes the goat cheese also.
- For the sauce, put the lemon juice in a bowl, salt and pepper. Stir, then add the olive oil and mix vigorously, add thyme.
- Take a bowl and put in the salad, melon, Parma ham, goat's cheese cubes and gravy.
- Now you can serve!
