Fried mozzarella mozzarella sticks

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • one tub of mozzarella balls
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr of flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • 300gr cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Dip the mozzarella balls in flour, with a little salt, then in beaten egg mixture; and then in breadcrumbs .

Repeat operation if the covering is too thin. Fry in sufficient quantity of hot oil.

In the meantime prepare the tomatoes: cut then in two, put in bowl with oil, salt and garlic.

When the mozzarella balls are ready, take some brochette sticks and thread the cheese and the tomatoes alternately.
